💧 Cool Off at the Chatt Town Cool Down

Coolidge Park will host the annual Chatt Town Cool Down this Saturday (August 23) from 11 AM to 3 PM.

This free end-of-summer celebration is packed with fun ways to beat the heat, including a giant foam slide, cold plunge, bike rodeo, climbing wall, slacklines, disc golf, yard games, and live music.

One highlight is the Paddle Down Parade, a four-mile paddle from Rivermont Park to Coolidge Park. Be sure to check out the schedule and festival maps!

🚨 100 Ramen Bar Opens This Friday

A heads up for all the ramen lovers… 100 Ramen Bar is opening this Friday (August 22) at 2090 Hamilton Place Boulevard.

They’ll have ramen, sushi, hibachi, and of course, boba! They’ve partnered with local influencer Shayna Webb to offer some sweet opening day discounts. So if you plan to go, be sure to check those out ahead of time!

💰️ Red Bank Awarded $400,000 Grant

Red Bank has secured a $400,000 grant from the Tennessee Department of Health to build a new multi‑use trail system on Godsey Ridge.

Over the next three years, the funds will support trails, parking areas, sidewalks, crosswalks, and curb cuts with the goal of making outdoor recreation safer and more accessible for everyone.

The grant prioritizes projects that focus on making physical activity a routine part of life!
