🏡 Real Estate Tip of the Week

One of the easiest—and most budget-friendly—ways to boost your home’s value before selling is with a fresh coat of neutral paint.
Light tones like soft gray, warm beige, or creamy white instantly make rooms feel brighter, bigger, and cleaner. They also help cover scuffs, seal in odors, and give your home that “new” feeling buyers love.
Pro Tip: Don’t skimp on quality. Use a high-grade paint and only do it yourself if you’re confident in your skills. Otherwise, hire a pro—it’s worth it.
