š°ļø Skyuka Hall Expands with $11.75M Purchase
Skyuka Hall, a Kā12 school serving students with learning differences and ADHD, has purchased the former Precept Ministries property in East Brainerd for $11.75 million. The 38.5-acre campus will allow the school to expand from 120 to 250 students over the next five years.
Thanks to generous donors, the school will relocate to the new site by the 2026ā2027 school year following renovations. The property includes multiple commercial buildings, a 250-seat auditorium, a broadcast center, and residential facilities.
Skyuka Hall leaders say the move is more than just a relocation; itās a chance to double their impact in the community. The school still needs to raise $3.5 million to complete the transition.
